Agricultural Farmland Protection & Land Use Plan

The Town of Groveland Farmland Protection-Land Use Plan was created for the concerns that the future farming in our community. The Plan, funded through a grant. Without such a plan to guide future decision-making in the community, subtle changes in land use practices over time could result in the loss of high quality farmlands. This was a creative way with the funding to make a Master Plan which is the part titled Land Use Plan. Without a Master Plan towns are no longer eligible for grant funding.
